Compliance requirements
The contracting authority excludes a bidder with tax debts, public charges debts or social security contribution debts, unless payment has been deferred. Bidders from third countries, as defined in the notice, are also excluded. The notice does not provide any other precise exclusion grounds; they must be checked in the official tender documents.
