Compliance requirements

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, procurators or other authorised representatives have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or any other exclusion ground listed in the ESPD. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds

The bidder must show annual net turnover of at least EUR 150,000 in the field of sales of information technology equipment for each of the financial years ended within the last three years before the start of the procurement. The bidder must also have properly performed at least 2 similar contracts for the supply of business-class computer equipment and/or monitors during the 36 months before the procurement was launched, with each contract valued at at least EUR 50,000 excluding VAT. A list of those contracts must be provided, including their value, dates, the other contracting parties and contact details. The compliance requirements also require confirmation that the tender complies with the procurement documents, that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned areas, that subcontractors or suppliers linked to the Russian Federation are not used for more than 10% of the contract value, that a power of attorney is attached in the case of a joint tender, that no trade secrets are claimed or they are properly justified, that no subcontractor subject to replacement under Section 122(7) of the Public Procurement Act is used, and that the office IT equipment is covered by the required warranty of at least 2 years and REACH candidate-substance declarations and evidence are provided.
