Qualification criteria and exclusion grounds
The bidder must have completed at least 2 development projects or contracts in the 36 months before the start of the procurement. Each contract must have involved the development and implementation of a data-centric information system and must have had a value of at least EUR 250,000 excluding VAT. The bidder must submit contract details in the ESPD, including value, counterparties, contact details, a short description of the work and the contract period. The team for service delivery must be presented on form 309483_Vorm_Oskusvaldkonnad.docx, and the members must personally participate in contract performance.
