Procurement of a technological solution for the digital presentation area of the RaRa historical book exhibition and the Estonian education innovation presentation centre

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor its management, administrative or supervisory body members, procurists or other authorised representatives have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or other exclusion grounds listed in the ESPD. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning where permitted. The bidder must be registered in the business register of its country of establishment or in an equivalent register, and the contracting authority may require proof of registration. The average net turnover for the last three completed financial years, or for at least one of those years, must be at least EUR 500,000 for the period 01/01/2023–31/12/2025. The bid must include the completed technical bid form, the risk analysis form, the SLA and maintenance model, and the team and team members’ competence compliance confirmation. The team must have the competence needed to install professional AV, LED, digital display, exhibition or immersive room solutions. The bid must be submitted in Estonian; technical documentation may be in English if compliance can be checked unambiguously. The bidder must confirm that the bid complies with the tender documents, that it has visited the contract performance location, and that it does not involve subcontractors or suppliers accounting for more than 10% of the contract value who are citizens, residents or entities established in the Russian Federation, or controlled by them. The bidder must also confirm that the offered goods are not subject to international sanctions and do not originate from sanctioned areas.
