Ventilation technician, level 4 preparatory training for the initial qualification examination

The tender documents state the exclusion grounds in detail. The bidder may be excluded for the usual mandatory grounds, such as criminal convictions of the bidder or its representatives, tax or social security debts, sanctions issues, and other grounds listed in the procurement documents. The bidder must provide the required confirmation that no exclusion grounds apply. If the bidder relies on another undertaking’s resources, the bidder must also provide the same confirmation for that entity.

The bidder must have, between 1 January 2023 and the publication date of the contract notice, either delivered vocational teaching in ventilation or building technical systems within formal education, or delivered group training in ventilation or building technical systems for a total of at least 240 contact teaching hours. The bidder must submit the prescribed qualification data form and indicate whether it relies on another entity’s resources to meet this requirement. If another undertaking’s resources are used, the required confirmation of no exclusion grounds must also be submitted for that entity.
